A referral is not required for your pet to see us, but we do strongly prefer to work closely with your veterinarian
Ask your local veterinarian to send us a referral with records and diagnostic test results for your pet
Bring your pet, who may eat a meal before the appointment, and all of their medications and records, including X-rays
Arrive at least 10 minutes early to check in and complete new patient forms
Fill out formOur veterinary technician will get a brief medical history and your pet’s weight and vital signs
Dr. Maisenbacher will examine your pet and make recommendations
Dr. Maisenbacher will discuss his findings with you to determine the best treatment plan for your pet
You and your veterinarian will receive a written report the day of the appointment
Mobile cardiac consultations at area clinics are available on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays.
This service is not available at all clinics, so please check with your local veterinarian to see if this service is an option.
Your local veterinary clinic must schedule mobile consultations.
Drop off your pet at least a few hours before the consultation. Your pet may eat a meal before this and should be given all medications
Dr. Maisenbacher will review records and previous test results, perform a physical exam, an echocardiogram, and additional specialized tests as needed
Dr. Maisenbacher will discuss his findings with your veterinarian and together they will determine the best treatment plan for your pet
When you pick up your pet, your veterinarian or a staff member will review the results and recommendations for your pet with you
